About Hot-Jewellery

Hot-Jewellery is a family run business that's been trading online for nearly 3 years now. This means that we are very established and here for the long run - i.e. your order is in very safe hands. From our humble beginnings as a single, body jewellery site, we have grown and now provide I wide range of jewellery over severral sites and covering mosts tastes. From quality, designer silver jewellery to dark and mysterious gothic jewellery.

We don't claim to be the biggest, we don't claim to always beat the shipping deadlines that huge operations such as the Amazon's of this world can offer, but we do claim to try our hardest to offer a level of service that's unbeatable. We can be contacted by telephone or email during normal office hours and quite often far beyond these. We try to answer all email quickly (usually within the hour and always within 24 hours although please, please note...email can be worse than normal post for going 'missing' for many reasons so if you don;t hear from us promplty, presume that we did not receive the email for whatever reason and try again!).

We use a PO Box for simple convenience and for security (you'll find that it's actually hard to get a PO Box and you have to prove that your are a trading business to the Royal Mail, unlike many fly-by-night operations that use temporay or false addresses) and have offices based in Bolton, Greater Manchester.
